There are a lot of tasks going on behind the scenes that ensure we’re providing our patients with the best possible customer service and treatments available. Trainings frequently happen at Cutis, as we are always striving to be at the forefront of customer service, product knowledge and treatment options for our patients. We also have administrative work that needs to be tended to on a day to day basis. From answering phones, replying to emails, sending off referrals for diagnostic appointments, keeping track of all incoming reports and labs, researching new data, etc., there is never a shortage of work to be had! It can be challenging at times, but who doesn’t experience that in their work life from time to time. Some days are harder than others, but our patients make it all worth-while. We are dedicated to them and always find it very rewarding to know we have helped others.
We always say, that by allowing our patients a glimpse into our day it provides them with a better understanding as to the effort that goes into being that friendly, informative voice behind the phone call or a greeted smile 😊.
